  • 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

Instructions:


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, cocoa powder, coconut flour, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Step 3: In a separate small bowl, mix together the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing and serving.
